Splendid saddlery provides an insight into the part of the cultural heritage from the National Museum of Iceland collection. Here, among other things, we discuss saddles and the crafts used to adorn them. The special Icelandic saddle cloth also testifies to the artistry of those who created this rich heritage. The editor is Anna Lísa Rúnarsdóttir, authors are Ingunn Jónsdóttir, Ragnheiður Björk Þórsdóttir and Sigríður Sigurðardóttir.
